With 95% of the production activities automated Grundig Elektronik is one of the first television producers in Turkey and the world using computer robots to carry out final product storage and loading activities. In addition in 1987 Grundig Elektronik commissioned the first plastic injection factory equipped with computerized injection equipment and in 1994 the first materials and storage facility equipped with computer robots in Turkey utilizing a total of 7,000 m2 land.

Grundig Elektronik A.S. believes that sustainable achievement is not possible without investment in R&D. In keeping with this principle, the Company's R&D department follows the latest advances in technology around the world and constantly improves its knowledge through continuous education. A dominant global trend in recent years in the area of consumer electronics is the rapid transition from analogue to digital technologies. In 2007, Grundig Elektronik A.S. attained the same level in digital technologies as it has in analogue where it is able to create its own designs. All of its products based on latest digital technology have received all necessary international certification.

Starting the Quality Cycles implementation in 1983 for the first time in Turkey Grundig Elektronik adopted the concept of Total Quality Management in the early 1990s educating its personnel with the slogan of "Total Perfection".

Since 1992 Grundig Elektronik implemented Total Quality Management using the Koc 2000 Customer Focussed Strategic Planning Model switching to the Grundig Elektronik Strategic Management (BEST) model in 1997 adopting a more participating and long perspective approach for the Total Quality Management implementations.

At the start of the 21st century in view of a rapidly changing world and increasing competition the need was felt to review the systems and approaches and instead of the three year perspective implemented to date within the scope of Koc 2000 a new approach has been adopted incorporating the latter.

Grundig Elektronik is one of the first establishments applying for the TuSIAD-KalDer Quality Award in 1993 and since then carried out self evaluation studies annually with the aim of further and continuous development. As a result of these studies Grundig Elektronik achieved its aim winning the 1999 TuSIAD - KalDer Achievement Award.

In 2001 Grundig Elektronik received the TPM Perfection Award given to the most efficient companies in the world that best implement the Total Productivity Management (TPM) activities. Grundig Elektronik is the first Turkish company with 100% Turkish capital receiving the TPM Perfection Award.
